​Mariana Flores is a Texas-based artist who graduated from the University of North Texas. She received two BFA degrees in Painting and Drawing and Visual Art Studies as well as a minor in Art History. Mariana currently resides in San Antonio.

Flores's experience in studio art originates from adept participation in various classes such as Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Sculpture, Metals and Jewelry, and Art History.  Mariana has participated in shows at the Lightwell Gallery, Voertman Gallery, Cora Stafford Gallery, UNT Union Gallery, Santa Reparata International School of Art, and more.

Her undergraduate arts management experience includes her position as a former president of the Printmaking Association of North Texas Students, working as a Fine Arts Series Assistant for the University of North Texas, and clinical teaching in elementary and high school art classrooms. Since then, she has worked careers in the art field as a Middle School Art Teacher for SAISD, Visitor Services Assistant for Ruby City, and most recently as a Visitor Engagement and Merchandising Assistant for the Tate Modern Gallery in London.
